Bogor – Candidate president number 2, Prabowo Subianto, invited the cadres and supporters of the Golkar Party to together win the 2024 Presidential Election. He emphasized that this victory is needed to realize his programs, including the provision of free lunches.
At the Golkar Party consolidation event at Pakansari Stadium, Bogor, Prabowo expressed his hope that Bogor could provide support of up to 90 percent. He also asked all cadres and supporters to ensure victory in one round of elections.
The free lunch program promoted by the Prabowo-Gibran pair was the main highlight of the event. Prabowo conveyed his commitment to provide free lunch to all Indonesian children, including those who are still in the womb. He stated that the cost of the program had been carefully calculated.
Prabowo also emphasized that existing government programs would be continued and renewed. He believes that this program will bring progress to Indonesia. In this context, the free lunch program is expected to have a positive impact on children’s education and the economic growth of the community.
In addition, Ridwan Kamil emphasized the importance of a one-round strategy in achieving victory. He mentioned that the free lunch program involves the efforts of housewives in its provision.
The free lunch program is not new in the Golkar Party. Airlangga Hartarto added that the program has been carried out through the Golkar Party Wives Association for the past three years. Airlangga believes that the program will have a positive impact in various sectors, such as health and the economy of the community.
At the Free Cooking and Eating Festival, there were 150 groups of cooks providing meal packages containing main menu of chicken, eggs, and other proteins. This program is expected to increase public understanding of the importance of free lunch.
In his speech, Prabowo said,
“I am a resident of Bogor. I ask for Bogor to support us by 90 percent. Are you ready? Able? Believe and invite the neighbors, in-laws, everyone to believe. And, let’s do it in just one round.”
Then, Prabowo added,
“Our children from an early age to high school graduation must eat well every day. In a short time, they will grow up to be smart children. Children who are able to compete with any nation in the world.” (SENOPATI)
